About Dental Bonding

Dental bonding material is a specially formulated polymer that recreates the color, texture, and function of natural tooth material. Applied as a soft, putty-like substance, dental bonding allows us to sculpt the tooth precisely, no matter what the purpose of the repair. We can also build the dental bonding material up in layers when necessary, allowing us to repair even large areas of damage.

Once we have sculpted and shaped your tooth, your dental bond will be cured using a specially calibrated light, which quickly and permanently hardens the bond. We can then make any minor adjustments necessary using traditional dental tools, and finally, we will polish your completed work, to create a smooth, natural-looking finish.
